Shipment

For shipping to Germany and Austria we offer free shipping for orders over €159. Up to this order value we charge a flat rate of €4.90. For international shipping we charge a flat rate of €4.90 and we offer free shipping for orders over €159.

Delivery times are generally 1-3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You can see the exact times under the delivery time section on each product page. Orders received before 6:00 p.m. CET will be processed the same day and shipped the next working day, provided the ordered product is on  is in stock. Processing time is up to one working day.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). It generally takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday, unless it is a public holiday.

Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) will be dispatched the next working day, provided the ordered product is in stock.
