Unless otherwise agreed, the general terms and conditions listed here between the seller and the customer apply to the purchase contracts concluded on this website. The customer's own terms and conditions are rejected. The customer is a consumer unless the contract is concluded for self-employed or commercial activities.

The customer can add the displayed goods to the shopping basket by clicking on the Add to shopping basket button. Clicking on the View shopping basket button takes you to the shopping basket overview. You are redirected to the ordering process by clicking on the Checkout button.

After entering the required information, shipping details (name, email address, address) and shipping method, the customer can click on the Next button to be redirected to the payment process, where he selects one of the payment methods (credit and debit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal) and enters the information required by the bank or credit card company.

Information on the privacy policy, returns and general terms and conditions are displayed as further links during the ordering process and are accepted by clicking the corresponding checkbox, which is necessary for the purchase of the goods.

If you click on the "Order with payment" button and the payment is made successfully, the purchase contract is concluded. The customer then receives an automatically generated order confirmation in the form of an email.

All prices in our online shop include VAT and are in euros, and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. The prices at the time of the order apply.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods offered, which are displayed during the order process. Payment is due immediately and is made before the goods are dispatched.

The invoice will be sent by email to the email address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and up to date in order to receive the invoices and order confirmations.

The quality and dimensions of the goods offered are based on the description and the images in the online shop. Slight deviations in the quality of the product color or the placement of the print may occur. These properties are not defects.

We currently offer free shipping to Austria and Germany. Delivery times for products that are in stock are generally 3-5 working days (depending on the country). However, delivery times can vary. On each product page, you can see the exact times for each item under the delivery time section. Orders received before 1:00 p.m. CET will be processed on the same day.

Before accepting the package, it must be checked for damage.

Processing of the order usually takes 3-5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We accept no liability for any deviations in delivery times from the parcel service provider.

Errors and mistakes regarding the availability of the goods are reserved. If the goods are no longer available or can no longer be reordered, but the order and payment have already been processed, we will transfer the full amount including shipping costs back to the payment method selected by the customer at checkout.

Our shipping costs depend on the order value and the destination country:

• From 179 €: Free Shipping

European Union:

• 0 – 79 €: 10.90 € shipping costs
• 79 – 179 €: 6.90 € reduced standard shipping

Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

• Standard shipping: 19.90 €

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply. These additional costs are levied by the relevant authorities and are to be borne by the customer, not by Salu Home.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Contracts between seller and buyer are governed by Austrian law. We assume no liability for damage caused by transport service providers.
