The hand-carved, repeating pattern of linear stripes, circular eyelets and floral motifs was inspired by the ikat patterns of Southeast Asia, South America and West Africa. We've revived the design in a range of new colours that will add originality to any room: the deep berry red of Raspberry Ripple, the plaster pink and green with crisp orange highlights of Notting Hill and Carnival, a cheerful mix of blue, magenta pink and bright yellow.
Fastening
All wallpapers are made on a new generation non-woven backing. Printed with environmentally friendly inks, Mind the Gap wallpapers are easy to install on any type of wall. When applying the wallpaper, apply the ready-to-use paste to the wall and push the strips one by one. The paste allows the wallpaper strips to be moved for a while so that the wallpaper pattern continues correctly from one strip to the next.
Care
Our wallpaper is easy to clean as it is washable. The best way to do this is to use a damp sponge or cloth and gently wipe the surface. It may happen that some paint residue comes off the first time - don't worry, this does not affect the colors or the quality of the design.
Make sure to always wipe in vertical lines. Never use adhesive tape or anything similar on the wallpaper as this could damage the design.
